What Kind of Personal Information We Collect and How We Collect It.

(“CTOS”), and/or Experian Information Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Experian”), a registered credit reporting agency under the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 (“CRA”) conducting any credit/trade.
(g) Information from such other sources which you have given your consent to disclose information relating to you and/or where not otherwise restricted.

We may use or disclose your Personal Information to any debt collectors/debt collecting agencies, regulatory agencies, or consultant of Aspirasi, as Aspirasi in its absolute discretion deems necessary for the purpose of enforcement of any right of Aspirasi under our terms and conditions.
(h) Credit Reporting Agency/Credit Bureau, Bank and/or Financial Institution(s). We may disclose your Personal Information to any credit reporting agency/credit bureau, bank and/or financial institution(s).
(i) Government agencies, statutory authorities, law enforcement agencies under law. We may disclose your Personal Information to any government agencies, statutory authorities, and/or law enforcement agencies.
(j) Bureaus/Agencies established under Bank Negara Malaysia. We may disclose your Personal Information to any bureaus or agencies established or to be established by Bank Negara Malaysia including but not limited to CCRIS.
